CBI submitted

Before the expiry of the three-month-long deadline, the CBI on Tuesday filed a voluminous dictation paper against figure accused in the Satyam Computer swindle, including its quondam chair B. Ramalinga Raju, his comrade B. Avatar Raju and Leader Business Gob Srinivas Vadlamani. The attribute mainsheet, with statements of 433 witnesses and 1,532 documents, runs into 65,000 pages. The CBI submitted the documents, enraptured in 22 trousers in a mini-lorry, to the designated act for CBI cases here. Mr. Ramalinga Raju was arrested on Jan 10 after he admitted of inflating profits and fudging the relationship books. Cases low Division 120 (b), see with Sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 477 (a) and 201 of IPC dealings with malefactor plot, cheating, forgery of rich assets, forgery for unfair, falsifying of accounts and causation departure of inform for dissimulation, were filed against the accused.
